For those who know me well, I have journaled for over 30 years whatever the Lord would share with me in my devotional time every morning. But I have only shared a few notes with friends. I am coming out of the closet and will start sharing some of my words. It has been such a blessing to me as God would share with me what was on His heart, and then I read an email later that day that is the same word I received that morning!

I am a Communications Director at my regular job. The Lord said He wanted me to start communicating what He was saying and pass along His messages. So here goes…I am “communicating.” I hope they will be a blessing to you as much as they are to me!

Rhonda, thank you for sharing this word so openly. The list of “Greater” promises really struck me, especially “Greater Ease and Rest” alongside “Greater Obedience” — that tension reminds me that true abundance isn’t about striving harder but surrendering more deeply. I’ve kept a journal for years too, though I’ve rarely shared it, so your decision to “come out of the closet” with these words encourages me to be braver with what God has given me. The image of the Promised Land where everything is “Biggie-Sized” made me smile, and it echoes Ephesians 3:20 about God doing immeasurably more than we ask or imagine. I’m grateful you’re now communicating what you receive each morning, and I look forward to reading more.
